Just a TK girl on a Saturday night, and a simple girl trying to make my way in the universe.

misstuesday:

Here are some photos from our Simon and Marcy photoshoot.

Marceline cosplayed by me at: Amanda Finley Cosplay

Simon was cosplayed by my good friend Michael. I put together his makeup and outfit. Hambo was made by him.

The photoshoot was done by the fantastic Starrfall Photography.

I may add a few more photos a bit later on.

Awesome!

Having costumed and handled at several events that involve sports directly, or indirectly (like Dragon*Con, not a sporting event, but a high number of people staying at the hotels are there for college football. If you travel on Labor Day weekend for college football, you’re probably an asshole) I can say this exact scenario has happened to me multiple times. Being told by crazy people that you’re crazy…just doesn’t compute.

Myself and Cadet were all over the place repping Bear Crew this weekend, but this little guy was definitely our biggest fan.

Hours after running a Half-Marathon

Which makes the spider-pose all the more impressive. Your knees and ankles had to be fatigued.

You have no idea.  But that kid was so enthusiastic, even though it hurt so much to do it, I figured he deserved a good pose.

Actual hero Cadet

You might be surprised at how persistent some employees are in knowing about your project. I’m sure that engaging people wandering around the store usually ends up with the employee being able to offer help or assistance, but…
I don’t think you’ll be able to help me with my costume/prop.
